Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be excited about your purchase. Please know that returns will be provided a Store Credit, we do not provide refunds. If you choose to make a return, we accept items within 30 days of the purchase date. All products must remain unopened and in their original, sealed packaging. All lingerie must be unworn, in its original packaging, and have all tags attached.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we ask that items be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Once we receive and inspect your return, your store credit will be issued for the purchase price.

Due to the intimate nature of our product line, once a product has been opened, it is considered used. Used item are non-returnable. This policy is in place for the health, safety, and peace of mind of our customers and staff.

Warranty Information

Many of the products I offer are covered by individual manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage, terms, and claim procedures vary by manufacturer. Clients are responsible for contacting the individual manufacturer directly regarding warranty questions, claims, replacements, or service procedures.

I am happy to assist with product information when possible, but all warranty approvals and processes are handled solely by the manufacturer.
